Second Serious Complaint which came to my knowledge:

The complaint is that Shri S.P. Pandey, while he was officer of ESIC had not enrolled his father and mother as his dependant in his service records as they were not dependent on him.

But in order to make them beneficiary of ESIC Medical Scheme he enrolled them as dependant of his younger brother and thus he robbed ESIC of lakhs of rupees.

The facts / allegation in the matter are under third party audit and as and when the details and evidences are available the same will be published.

An application under RTI Act, 2005 was filed to gather information which was not yet provided by CPIO. (Link)
