Third Serious Complaint which came to my knowledge:

The conduct of Shri Rajesh Kumar, Assistant who is one of the main conduits in all act of GeM corruption was found to be grossly against official as well as procedural morality resulting in loss to Corporation's fund.  He is also suspected of collecting money from third party vendors on his own behalf as well as on behalf of ESIC Officers Federation.

On my insistence he was transferred out of General Branch but he was again posted in sensitive post. Hence, I relived him from General Branch with my opinion on delinquent official and Officer who are on helm of affairs in Hospital.

But this delinquent official was all the way protected by the corrupt regime of this Institution. (Link)
