Sixth Irregularity detected.

A big mafia is operative in Basaidarapur Hospital. Procurement are being manipulated in connivance with third party vendors. Contracts are awarded to favoured parties by fixing the tender process for purchasing fake items.

Fifth irregularity clearly indicates use of fake OEM certificates by bidders with respect to OEM – M/s Keyocera Document Solution India Private Limited.

Investigation in this matter revealed that even the OEM Certificate of M/s Lexmark International (India) Pvt. Ltd. are also unauthorized and fake.  It makes us believe that all vendors in ESIC Hospital Basaidarapur are Mafia sponsored.

Since, the matter was serious, the same was reported to CVO, ESIC also vide my application/letter dated 30th May, 2023.(Click Here).
