Eighth Gross irregularities :

I have received one SCN dated 18th July, 2023 on 20th July, 2023.

On Sunday 23rd July, I received information that one morphed image of this SCN was circulating in WhatsApp Groups, last time seen to be forwarded by Mobile No. 8895752415 to Group named "Esic hilarious India gr" at 14:01 hours on 23rd July, 2023.

It seems that the Basai-Mafia with other connected corrupt elements circulated it on social media with the intent to defame me. This Mafia has also managed to levy one FALSE sexual harassment complaint against me. But, the fight against corruption and criminal action will continue unabated even if I have to sacrifice my life.

The investigation of Internal Complaint Committee has confirmed that there is no corroborative evidence related to sexual harassment. Since, there was no element of Sexual harassment as per the definition of "Sexual Harassment" in Section 2 (n) of POSH Act 2013, I have sought the detail of related file under the Right to Information Act, 2005 so that the I could fight tooth and nail against Basai Mafia. The Internal Complaint Committee had confirmed that there is no corroborative evidence related to Sexual Harassment. The matter of false and frivolous Sexual harassment complaint made against me has been raised with appropriate authorities for sensitizing those who were responsible this unlawful act.
