One SCN was issued to me by my Appointing Authority i.e. the Honorable Director General, ESIC on 18th July, 2023 which was received by me on 20th July, 2023. This SCN was a confidential letter on false allegations defamatory in nature levied on the insistence of my present controlling officer i.e. the Medical Superintendent of ESIC PG Institute and Model Hospital, Basaidarapur, Delhi.
On Sunday 23rd July, I have received information that one morphed image of this SCN was circulating in WhatsApp Groups, One such instance reported to me was that it is seen to be forwarded by Mobile No. 8895752415 to Group namely "Esic hilarious India gr" at 14:01 hours on 23rd July, 2023.
The person who breached the confidentiality of this letter morphed this image to conceal all the ink marking from image other than signature of signee so that the point of breach of confidentiality could not be traced.
Since, the facts on the basis of which the SCN is issued are not correct and based on false complaint, this breach of confidentiality and vast circulation of it on social media has caused damage to my impeccable service record. Hence, I have taken up the matter with WhatsApp, LLC, so that suitable action could be contemplated.
This Mafia has also managed to levy on FALSE sexual harassment complaint against me, But, the fight against corruption and such criminal acts will continue unabated even if I have to sacrifice my life.
